    2. Provide the Following Information:

      • The number and type of shares you wish to donate.

      • Specify that the gift is for the Ability Dogs of Arizona fund held at CFSA.

    3. What to Expect:

      • CFSA will work with you or your financial professional to provide the necessary account details for completing the transfer.
